By accessing the klivind.com website and using the services offered by KLIVIND, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

1.Description of Services

KLIVIND is a digital agency based in Quebec offering strategic consulting, web development, AI agent design, process automation, brand identity, and social media management services. The specific terms of each service are defined in a commercial proposal or signed contract between KLIVIND and the client.

2.Site Access

Access to the klivind.com site is free and open to all. KLIVIND reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue site access at any time, without notice or liability. We do not guarantee that the site will be available continuously or without interruption.

3.Intellectual Property

All content on the klivind.com website (text, images, logos, design, code) is the exclusive property of KLIVIND or its partners and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Deliverables created specifically for a client (website, logo, etc.) are transferred upon receipt of full payment, according to the terms of the signed contract.

4.Liability

KLIVIND shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site or services, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits. KLIVIND's liability is in all cases limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service in question.

5.Payment Terms

Applicable fees are stated in the commercial proposal provided to the client. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required upon signing, with the balance due upon delivery. KLIVIND reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

6.Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days written notice. In the event of client-initiated termination, amounts already paid are non-refundable. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis.

7.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal Canadian laws. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
